Be it any social setting, going along well with team is very necessary. Incorporating team building in workplaces and learning collaboration is beneficial and required in any group activity.
Our team building training course aims to motivate participants to indulge in to habit of understanding and appreciating each other’s perspective to achieve their common goal in a cooperative and healthy manner.
After undertaking this training program, participants will be able to:
(a) Develop shared vision/understanding for a high performing team.
(b) Determine the critical elements and individual contribution that determine the vision for a high performing team.
(c) Guide plans or agreements to realize the vision in their own organization.
(d) Work in a cooperative manner to reach team’s common goal.
The training modules are designed to make participants learn the importance of teamwork and how working together in a cooperative manner can help group members achieve their common target. Various teams building exercises, motivation to work together, building trust over others and listening to other’s opinion are few of the many ways to succeed as a team.
In pursuit of this aim, the main content of the training text and material has been divided in to four distinct modules.
Module 1: Understanding the importance of teamwork.
Module 2: Learning how teamwork helps people achieve certain targets.
Module 3: Skills required to get along with teams and groups.
Module 4: Techniques used to effectively develop teamwork spirit.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises.
The time duration for this module can be customized according to the training need analysis and requirement of clients.
