Credibility means trustworthiness and in any social setting, being credible is closely linked with the successful personal and professional relationships. The extent to which people believe and accept your ideas depends upon your credibility, so it is quite essential in professional settings to develop this moral virtue.
Our credibility development course aims to help participants learn how to be credible and understand the Do’s and Don’ts factors associated with the development of trust and integrity. It fosters four elements of credibility in the participants: objectivity, clarity, consistency and empathy.
After undertaking this training program participants will be able to:
(a) Understand the potential benefits of being credible in professional settings.
(b) Maintain healthy relationship and harmony with co workers.
(c) Learn various aspects of being credible- being trustworthy, competent, genuine and accountable.
(d) Implement the learned skills in real life.
(e) Understand the behaviors linked with being credible.
(f) Gain trust and respect at the workplace.
The training modules are designed to make participants learn the value of being credible, skills linked with it and application of those skills in real life. For understanding the various objectives of the training module workshop, group exercises, role play will be the medium of delivery. In pursuit of this aim, the main content of the training text and material has been divided in to six distinct modules.
Module 1: Understanding what is credibility and its worth.
Module 2: Learning how certain behaviors can show our credibility.
Module 3: Skills required for being credible.
Module 4: Real life applications of the skills.
Module 5: Understanding the barriers to being credible.
Module 6: Four elements of credibility and their development.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises.
The time duration for this module can be customized according to the training need analysis and requirement of clients.
